I’ve been reading a lot of books about Spiritual Direction and that are Spiritual in nature. This Lent, I decided that nightly Centering Prayer would be my spiritual discipline. It’s hard for me… But it is so very worth it. I recommend Thomas Kelly, A Testament of Devotion.
