Actually an Artist

Last week I had the privilege of sharing in worship at Findlay First Presbyterian Church, Findlay, Ohio. Truthfully, I was a little nervous but I had completely forgotten they’d be providing a direct view of me. I am more comfortable in balconies and hidden… Anyway, it’s nice to be reminded that I CAN still play, even after having left my job. And this is a great organ to play. I had a lot of fun practicing and playing. I really love making music with others. And I chose two of the three pieces I played to be from women composers, Emma Lou Diemer and Christa Rakich. But obviously some Buxtehude, because I love Buxtehude and it makes great Easter celebration music!
