That’s impossible to narrow down, frankly, and your ability to ask a question this way shows you don’t get it.
So instead I’ll give you the best-in-class.
Favorite Flightless Bird
The Penguin. Obviously. Cute, impractical, terrible on land. Wise enough to live (usually) far from humans. Amazing style. 10/10 for tux look
Favorite Flighted Bird
Hummingbirds. Amazing little navigation machines. Wings move faster than we can see. Also, equipped with little épées.
Runner up: parrots. Intelligent. Better at reasoning than most people, and fun (if violent) pets.
Favorite Companion Animal
Cats. Sorry doggos. I love my cats. I love dogs too, but I think cats are just as affectionate and a lot less work. I would love a dog some day, but we don’t have the space so cats win.
Favorite Endangered Animal
Manatees. Lovable, dopey, beautiful, and proof that you can eat nothing but salad and your body will do what it does. So quit fat-shaming or judging others.
Favorite Land Animal
Rabbits. Adorable, practical, and helpful. I hope to have angora rabbits someday to harvest their coat and enjoy their antics.
Runner up: Goats. Hilarious, great talkers, and their milk makes the best cheeses on earth. Will have a small herd some day. Mark my words.
Favorite Ocean Creature
Whales. Elegant, wise, and deserving of our respect and protection.
Conclusion
All animals are amazing. Except centipedes, but we’re not gonna go there today. Please make choices to protect animals in your community, whether that’s TNR initiatives for strays or more environmentally friendly lifestyles, animals are all pretty cool and worth protecting.
