If you could rewrite any book’s ending, which one would you choose?
WHYYYYYYYYY DOES FRODO HAVE TO LEAVE AT THE END? I mean, it’s just heartwrenching. You spend all this time with this story and then it’s just…over, and Frodo leaves, and I’m still mad about it.
Maybe also the Bible. Obviously ~I know better~. (can you hear the sarcasm?). But really, Revelation seems to be causing more harm than good (lookin’ at you, “left behind” series 😒). Though, I have to admit, I read an AWESOME theology paper last semester about the waters testifying and that holding power for us now in how we view pollution and our waterways. I should say more, but I I can’t right now…
